Terms and Conditions

I am signing up for a membership with SweetPlayJr/Jungle Gym and consent to having recurring transactions on the card I provide until I cancel my membership.  This card will be charged each month on the day of the initial billing. 

Memberships that default will be canceled, and to resign up will require paying the $15 initiation fee again.
